Summary: Our favorite part of the stay was the friendly shuttle driver-Dereck who was pleasant and funny. Beach access is through shuttle with free towels, chairs and boogie boards. We paid for a premium room. Unfortunately it didn’t have a view. No balcony or ocean view as Hotels.com advertised. Coffee machine didn’t work, ice machine wasn’t working the first day. Valet was helpful and hard working. Might come again but for the price there are other options without the rigidity of the front desk.

Summary: Multiple plugs and lights not working. Shampoo and house keeping was annoying to request everyday. We loved the indoor pool but hours and food avails were always a challenege. On site food is soso esp for bfast and roof top. Rooms were nice but our child got hurt on the coffee table which is deadly sharp. Nice rooms ok staff good shuttle and amentities.

Summary: Everything about the hotel is delightful except for the pool…it’s too small, too shallow, and too many screaming children. Adult only time in the pool area would be much appreciated!

Summary: Appreciated free valet parking on a busy weekend, elevator, baggage assistance. Room extremely large for a king studio with balcony. The kitchen had lots of counter space, full size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, keurig coffee maker, dishes/utensils, seating at bar. Restaurant hours subject to change on shoulder season and different than website. Entrance/exit to hotel by car a little tricky during peak traffic.
